Default Hard start finally fixed

So my 91' n/a has had a hard time starting since, well always.

Changed the fuel filter
Checked for air leaks
Temp sensor
MAF

Cranks about 8-15 times before catching except for the rare moment where it starts on the first crack of the first cylinder.

The problem turned out to be a completely useless fuel pump check valve. $15 later and it's back to its old glory

I tested by jumping the fuel pumps at fuse location 4 and 6. Letting them run for about 30 seconds before attempting to start the car.

To confirm what I then thought to be the issue, I attached a fuel pressure tester to the fuel line and sure enough, as soon as I removed the jumper wire it stopped down to 0 psi.

Nice. I'm having the same issue with my 02 V70. I'm wondering if it's also fuel related. You jumped the relay? Or the fuse?
