Hey everyone! Glad to finally be a memeber here instead of just a lurker. I recently moved to the Portland area(Columbia County more specifically) from Colorado Springs. I am 24 and have owned 4 Volvos now. My current car is a 1982 242 DL with standard transmission. It recently took a dump after I drove her from Kansas out here to Oregon and then put her to work on a farm with 250,000 miles. Pretty sure I threw a rod, but haven't even torn into it to be certain. Anyways. I went out and bought abother 82 DL yesterday. This one is a 4 door with an automatic. No title, but a steal of a parts car for 400 bucks. I'm not going to have any issues swaping my motor out will I? Anything different to mate up to the trans? Also it has AC. Will I need to do anything special to delete that?
