Default Harmonic balancer

Ok, I've figured out a little bit more on my problem

It seems that when the previous owner changed the timing belt he didn't tighten the bolt on the harmonic balancer enough and the bolt has come out!

SO i need to get a new bolt and key, it seems the hamonic balancer (the 2 piece type) is ok.

My question is, do i need any other parts (washers etc) and secondly how do i tighten the bolt - i've seen the rope tick decribed for loosening the bolt, does it also work for tightening???

You need more than just a bolt.
The keyway is made into the lower timing belt pulley you will have to replace that as well.
