heads up re charcoal vapor canister
located under drivers side front fender. in Volvo's wisdom they attached this canister to the steel mounting bracket with 2 zip ties.
maybe good when new but after 27 years.. well you know the rest .. they snap. the canister was just flapping around under there only
held up by the lines that go back to the engine etc. i reattached using 2 pieces of copper electrical wire.
would not want that to let go at speed and run it over lol !!
so check your canisters folks
