Default Help on my 940 turbo, it crancks on cold

Hi everyone, all of a sudden my 95 wagon 940 turbo started to crank when its cold, I mean after I started cold, if I try to press the gas it goes dead. I need to turn it on, leave it there and after about 5 minutes goes back to normal. Still is making around 15 mpg.
Someone told its the iddle control valve.
Tech, any comments?

Hi everyone, looks like no one have an answer for me, but let me keep relating my nightmare. We change the Iddle control valnve and the radiator cap, now the wagon is making a rough iddle, when it heats up it goes smooth, but when running there is a moment like does not want to keep accelerating. I run the self diagnosis unit and the code I get is 1-1-3 for models 94 up it says is the injection temperature sensor.
Would this be the problem or not? I just hope is not the Air mass flow sensor. already bought the temperature sensor so will try tomorrow.
Please any suggestions or tips.
