Hi there
To remove the tailgate trim to access the motor, open tailgate and there are a number of circular clips - turn trough 90 degrees and they will pop off. Internal tailgate handle, there is a bit of trim which pulls off and there are two screws holding the remaining trim to the actual tailgate. Now Be Carefull and lift the trip upwards towards the roof line in the direction of the glass and you will have the access you need. drop me a line off forum and I will email you the appropriate pages.
Which year is the Wentworth and which engine/ gearbox

Hi Rob
Sounds the same as mine btw the Wentworth was only available here in UK as far as I can find out. Elsewise it is similar (note similar!) to the GLE on the US Market.
Re nearside sidelight and indicator cluster, do you mean the rear cluster? If so, expect
to pay about 15-25 at a breakers but they are a frequent replacement item. there are alternatives from German Swedish French http://www.gsfcarparts.com/ (there is one in Walton) and Eurocarparts http://www.eurocarparts.com/ but both these guys are not the quality of the true Volvo bit - but they are cheaper than the dealer. Note a 740 will also fit the 940 and swapping them is very easy.
Re setting up the rear wiper, in theory no, nothing extra to do but plug and pray.

It might be worth you joining the UK Volvo Owners Club www.volvoclub.org.uk since you will then get access to our members area for additional information (service manauals and the like) which will help you for the UK specifics. We have an active Forum (not poaching here honest ) and you will see me on there as the Moderator. Also there will be members more local to you who can help advise on best sources for bits in the UK and also, we are a friendly bunch Also, you will get discount at GSF as a result.
END OF BLATANT PLUG
