I got my '89 740GL last year, and I have noticed that on the highway it runs at 30,000rpm's at 55 mph. It is an automatic and I am use to driving a manual. Can someone tell me if this is normal, or could I have a problem with my transmission? I see from looking at other threads that Volvo's have a problem with their high gear.
