I know this sounds like a stupid question, but I have been trying to figure out what to buy for the 740 that has a CD and some decent speakers. I was told the 92 740T had some weird amp that would make it difficult to buy for and install..... that sounds like BS. but now I am not sure what to do.

Any suggestions on a low end system, where to buy, etc... I am only looking to spend a couple hundred bucks. My current stock system is so weak it hurts, and there is no CD.

Only certain cars have the amps.Hopefully you don't have one.I have heard there is some problems with upgrading as well.If you don't then make sure you buy the harness to adapt to the factory wiring.Check best buy or circuit city or some electronics place like that.
