How are codes read on a 1985 B230?
The car's immobile, I can't take it to a dealer. So how do I read codes on an 85 240 (pre obd)? I've heard there's a special volvo reader that plugs in between the engine harness & the ECU. If true, is there someone that rents them?
thanks
thanks
early LH II didn't have any useful codes. it was nearly analog.
instead, you check all the sensors at the ECU plug according to the greenbook on LH injection ...
but first... Does it have spark? are the fuel pumps running ? is the main engine fuse good ?
