How do you REMOVE the 740 headrests? (Front seats)

I am so confused about how you remove these headrests. Does anyone know how?

There are tabs that have to be pressed from the back of the seat. Just follow the the bases of the h/rests where they go into the seat and about 6 inches down feel for the tabsthrough the fabric. Press them at the same time and pull the h/rests straight out.
