Default How Much Would You Pay For This Old Brick?

'90 240 DL, auto trans, odo died at 48K miles, probably about 70K actual. The owner says it sat around a lot. Exterior ok, it's been repainted by an amateur, kind of a light black or dark gray. Not really any rust. Lots of rock chips. Tan cloth interior is fair, driver's seat very worn, dash cracked, steering wheel rough. At some point the coolant was replaced with water. Happens a lot here since it never freezes.

It has been sitting for 3-4 years, no fuel stabilizer, original T-belt, no fogging, just shut it off and walked away. I have not attempted to start it yet.

Some background- it has spent its entire life on a Caribbean island, very rough roads, hot, salty air but car not located by sea, intense sun exposure. Hasn't needed much done to it so it's mostly original. No Volvo dealer on island. Never garaged.

My first Volvo and the reason I want another, was an '85 DL Turbo that I loved dearly. Amazing machines! If I do get this car, how do I get a replacement seat and steering wheel? Any concerns with the fuel or t-belt? What do you think it's worth? FYI, it costs about $1500 to ship a car to this island from Miami if I bought one there.
