Well, it's been awhile since Frank (740) was rendered inoperable, and Forrest (940) has been in the garage for a working over. BUT, I have the new Euro headlights in with new harnesses prepared by Dave Barton and some sweet stainless steel brackets cut by my neighbor. They look great and throw great light with low beams and fogs on. I wired the top set of cornering lights to be always on (with the switch) and let the bottoms be on and turn signal.
I had some color-matched side mirrors from the old 960 and put those on too. Now I need windshield trim clips and eventually paint, but I'm wrapping the hood in the meantime.
I just wanted to share my little success story. It is HARD to find the under light trim for Euro lights and the US trim can't be modified. If anyone has a tip, I'd appreciate it.
