From: 37 North on the left coast

the IAC is a on/off thing, its pulsed to modulate it. when its off, its closed, when its powered, its open.

Huh. Mine is sticking on in my '92 Regina.

Any idea what drives that signal?

Going to try a Bosch IAC tomorrow, for ****s and giggles.
