Default ignition help igniter falure multible

1993 240 keep blowing ignition control moduels, drove the car 6000 miles no probs and then blows igniter put another in and drive a few more k miles and blow another, put another in and started up and blew within minutes, replace again and drive awhile and blows, replace it again and blows after starting it. i changed all components such as ICM crank poss, censer, wireing looks good no corosion at wire junctions. i have had one problem though the tail lights work perfect untill i turn on the head lights and then the brake lights come on but the high light works perfect when i push on the brake with head lights on the high light works as it should but the tail lights are stuck on maybe there could be the issue i dont know

I would measure the output voltage of the alternator - a bad regulator causing high voltage might be damaging the ICU.
