Default I'm back with a new problem !!!

This is a 94' 940 turbo sw and last time I was on it didn't start well I got it to start and run for the last 3 monthes. But the new problem that started is that it's sputtering, but if you hold your foot to the floor for about 10 seconds and kind of let it flood and let your foot off. It'll rev up and smooth off and drive for awhile without acting up again??? It's reading code 132 & 123 but I cant remember where to look to find what that means? Any help would be much appreciated. I have replaced ( over the last few monthes) rear fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel pressure regulator, crank shaft positioning sensor, cap, rotor, plugs & wires. Any ideas??? thanks

123 is coolant temp sensor.
132 means low battery voltage.

also sounds like a vaccum leak i had a similar problem in another car of mine. also change the coolant temp sensor if not fixed the ecm will think the car is not at the right operating temp and you will burn more fuel
