Last weekend I pulled the injectors and had them reconditioned at a place called Dr. Injector. Wow, what a difference for about half the cost of new injectors. It had been about 125Kmi since it was done last. I can't wait to see if the fuel mileage improves as much as the performance. The bill was $200. Roughly should pay for itself in about 50 fill ups if I get a 10% increase. Time will tell.

What type of FI does your Volvo use?

I was thinking of doing that also...a speed shop near me will do it overnight for $35 per injector. Ultrasonic cleaning, reseal, and balancing/pattern check.

I have the Regina FI, and those injectors are $500 a set!!! [:-]
