I trust you are hoping for horsepower and torque gains?
Don't count on more than a few hp gain at best on a non- turbo engine. Fuzzy dice hanging from the mirror will probably give as much horsepower gain in a non turbo car.
You would gain more power but putting a fresh engine in, instead of the one that's at least 20 years old.

No I'm in the middle of making turbocharging this engine, I have gotten the turbo, intercooler, injectors and headers and thought that I could install ecumaster det3+ since its a cheap piggyback ecu but I cannot get the car to start with it
