Instrument Panel Problem 740GL 1990

Hi! Need some advice. The gas and temp gauges are the only one that sometimes work, besides that the other components do not work, Is this an instrument cluster problem or another component? Should I replace it? Thanks!!

Check the circuit board really good on the cluster.
