Hello fellow Volvo driver,

As far as I've read about these spark plugs, Iridium is used for the ignition application for high-heat engines. This refers more to high-end/perfomance engines that usually are running in high RPM's and heat ranges. The Iridium adds heat resistance.

ive checked and iridium plugs are available for my cars B200F engine.
the manufacturers ngk and denso claim that these plugs will improve midrange
torque and add to better mileage. non the less theres not much feedback on them as yetso iguess i will stick with a top quality regular plug. i like to drive my car fairly hard so any suggestions for which type of spark plugs may be best. cheers.
