Jetronic 2.4 LH (Engine stop after 1 secound)
We are having some problems with a Volvo engine (B230F from 1991).
Engine removed from a Volvo 740 (car drove well) now built into a boat.
There are two computers with 1x ignition and 1x injection (Jetronic 2.4 LH), Cable tree transferred from car.
When we switch on the ignition and the diagnostic LEDs (position 6 and 2) are both 1-1-1, so everything is good.
We then start the engine (spark plugs spark and injectors are activated).
The engine starts.
But after 1 or 2 seconds it stops.
When we then try to start agian we have a spark but the injectors do not work.
The engine injection diagnose LED does not work either.
Not even if we remove battary supply and put it back on.
We either have to wait a very long time (10m <> 24h) or reset the ECU via the diagnosis button.
When resetting we also hear something clicking (seems to come from the ECU).
Then the diagnostic LED works again. And the code is 1-1-1 again.
So we can't find any error code.
If you do something wrong on purpose (such as removing the air mass meter) we will see an error message.
Then we can start again, but after 1 second the engine stops again.
Seen/done all this +/- 10 times.
ECU seems to go into some kind of protection.
We have read everything about the "Jetronic 2.4 LH", but we have not read anything about such security.
Does anybody have a suggestion where we can look?

Solved issue by now.
Was a grounding problem. The injection (Jetronic 2.4 LH) computer was badly grounded.
So when it started the ground-level rise. And the computer was switched off.
By using reset-button the ground was kind of connected again and the computer switched on again.
