There is 2 options for brakes on the 740, I'm pretty sure only one for the 240 though. (I could be wrong). IPDusa.com is a good site, fcpgroton.com is another good one. Also eBay is always there. And if you cut off parts of the exhaust, you will lose some power and it will be loud obviously...I would just recommend replacing it.
