knock....?

Default knock....?
91 740 turbo 123k...i hear a slight knock in the motor most of the time, and it hasent gotten worse. Any ideas as to what it is? Is it just a "volvo" sound?

Alot of time on the High milage turbo engines the wrist pins wear some and cause a slight knocking noise.
