I just bought a "mint" 945 b230fk with the m90 gearbox.
put when i accelerate the pedal start knocking/clicking/clunk put stops around 3000 rpm. i can feel it in my foot.
no matter what gear im in, put stops if i press the clutch and release the throttle. doesn't do it in idle.
any suggestion on how to fix the problem?

What kind of noise is it? "Pinging" is when the octane is too low, "knocking" could be a rod knock (very bad)... You may want to post a sound video.

Open the engine cover. Have someone operate the throttle while you watch the engine. The engine may be shaking or something is hitting the throttle or the firewall near the throttle.

Well, OK. I believe it's in the transmission, pressure plate or input shaft bearing. The transmission has to come out.

The centrifugal force may have something to do with it. But if it goes away when you depress the clutch, that's your clue.

The clutch is a big clue. But the knock sounds too slow for something turning 2000-3000 RPM. It sounds like something hitting the body of the car. Whatever it is I would verify the location by listening through a hose. Check both the engine compartment and the underside of the car.

 

Do you think it can be the engine mount/gearbox mount? they are not what they uses to be

 

Found out, that when i turn the heating up in the cabine it stops knocking

 

Could be the heater valve(and hoses) knocking against the firewall? Try some zip ties and cinch it up tight to pull the valve away from any solid objects. Might be as simple as that. As mentioned, it sounds slower than the actual engine speed.

 

Take the side panel off the center console. Hold the throttle with one hand and feel around the heater valve and heater box with the other.
