Default Largest tire size on turbo rims?

Hey everyone,

Trying to beef up my 245 a bit for some back-country driving. The car will still be a highway cruiser 90% of the time. I've got the turbo rims with 195/60/15's, just replaced rear overload springs with IPD and rear shocks with Bilstein touring. Front end suspensions still stock. Planning to replace struts soon. Keeping the rims, I dig em.

I know I can go the route of rear springs spacers, custom struts, and longer rear shocks to get a suspension lift, and then have a larger range of tire sizes available, but as mentioned, this will be a highway cruiser 90% of the time and I don't want to put on massive, heavy tires to cut gas mileage drastically.

So my question, what is the largest tire size (aspect ratio) I can put on the 245 with stock suspension without interference issues to add a slight lift? If slight fender modifications are necessary, I can do that.

I've spent hours looking through threads but haven't had any luck finding the answer to this specifically.
