Do all M46 tramnsissions have the provision for the cable drive speedometer? I found a 1986 that a guy is parting out, but I need to make sure that they still had the allowance to use a cable drive speedometer, since the parts car, as a 1986 would have electronic drive, no? And what about the rear differential, if it still had the sender...would I just leave it, or what?

the trans from the 86 does NOT have a place for the cable drive spedo, (at least mine doesnt). hope that helps a little.
