Default Multiple ECU Codes

A while back, got a MAF code...

Replaced the MAF. No, not a Bosch unit... couldnt find one.
After some reviews I bought a new part from Delphi

Code went away... drove fine.

Today, light comes on again... but this time I have 3 codes.

1-1-3 Lambda Control- Engine running to lean/rich
2-3-1 Lambda Control- Too lean or rich at part load
3-2-2 MAF Burn-off signal missing or faulty

So, pretty rough idle, especially when cold, but even when warmed up it lopes pretty noticeably.
Otherwise drives fine.

What am I looking at? What is the difference between the two Lambda codes? .... seems redundant

there's different fault codes for fuel trim by engine speed - ie is the O2 sensor reading out of the expected range at idle? is it reading out of range at part or full throttle? The nuance here is at idle a small vaccuum leak can lean out an idle but its too small to impact the trim with the throttle open.

I'd be focusing on the 322. Here's some light reading:

From practical experience, the MAFS is the likely cause of all those codes. Getting a good one has become a challenge.
