Default My new(old)93 940t wagon

Well I purchased a 93 940 turbo wagon without knowing any history on the car.It has 126k and the first thing I did was timing belt, all seals and belts. The car checked out to be very well maintained. The question I have is should I just change the trans fluid and screenor should I flush it?.It does look clean and red with no burning smell. What is the best trans oil being that I will towing a small boat this summer.Should I change the diff oil and again what oil should I use?

Thanks

Trans regular ATF
Rear 80 or 90 gear oil

I have never changed the screen you can if you want to.
The dipstick tube is usually really hard to get loose.
