Hi all,

Does anyone know what this connector is? It was hanging by my ATF fluid dipstick and appears to run into the firewall with the wiring off my AC compressor. I don't know if it's a test terminal or what... I replaced the engine harness last week and my car has been indisposed with a bad hall sensor since, so I can't offer much more information on it.

All I can tell you is not to worry about it--there are several unused connectors in all Volvos, different market options and features.
