I started to smell coolant after pulling onto the highway, a little higher revs than normal. I got home and noticed coolant dripping from under the car, almost under where the drivers seat is. I did research and found that the heater hoses often leak, I replaced them with new clamps. I’d still leaked. Then I replaced the water pump and gaskets and still does it. The radiator and main hoses are fairly new. Is there anywhere else the coolant goes? I’m at a loss.
Sure - what about on the other side of those heater hoses? Heater valve, core and hoses inside the car. A simple test with a radiator pressure tester will isolate your leak. Maybe you can borrow one from your local auto parts store.
