Default Need quick help, 740 won't start

I was driving and suddenly my engine turned off so I pulled into an abandoned development. I thought I had gas but It must have ran out because it wouldn't start again, so I called someone and they brought me some gas. After putting the gas in I go to start it and still the same, it doesn't want to turn over.

My friends dad is telling me that there might be a reset dealy somewhere that I need to press to get it running again. Could that be the problem, and if so where is it? Otherwise I have no idea whats wrong, I checked everything I culd but there's nothing wrong.

It wouldn't be so big of a deal but because it's parked in an abandoned development I don't want it to be ticketed, towed, or broken into. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That fuse popping means one of your fuel pumps is drawing too much current and is about to die, so you should consider replacement.
