Default New to VOLVO. Radio question

Hi, I have a 1991 Volvo 240. It has an aftermarket radio. The previous owner somehow cut the wireingharness from the car to where it plugs into the radio wireing harness. I was wondering how to remove it so i can fix it and put it back in.

I cut mine to, I also took out the stock amp under the dash. U would have to get another plug from the wrecking yard. I still have the stock Clarion radio and amp if u need them...
