Default no heat! 940

95 940, changed heater core everthing works proper except no heat. both heater hose's are hot going in and out of the core at fire wall, just wondering maybe thermostate, or climate control cold to hot switch isn't fuctioning correctly. if i turn the switch from cold to hot there is hardly any sound of anything happening while the car is running at normal temp.maybe the air vacume lines are wrong, but they seem to be ok floor, def, vents all the air comes out where you want it to. any idea's!

You need to try checking for vaccum at the heat valve in the dash. Other than that it is hard to say without seeing it.
