Default number 9 fuse

hey all, I have a 89 740gl and it keeps blowing the #9 fuse. this fuse belongs to the powerwindows and turn signals. Of course it all works, but only for a few moments and then poof; especially with the turn signals.I'm thinking this is due to the flasher unit relay. Any ideas? I'm blowing fuses like crazy.

BTW which is the flasher unit in the relay box?

Default RE: number 9 fuse

Does it only happen when you use the turn signals?

If so, pull the turn signal bulbs and make sure the bulb contacts aren't shorted together.
