the chasiss plate, top line 744 M2 519305, your car is a 744 (740 4 door/sedan), M2 is the model year (M=1991) and factory (2=ghent, belgium), and 519305 is the chassis number.
the line under it is the international VIN (not the same as a US federal VIN)
4110 kg is the GVWR, the other two kg numbers are the GAW (gross axle weight) front and rear.

top line is 744=vehicle type, 88=engine (b230f), 22 = "standard of equipment"

Well yeah but just like the 740's plate in this thread, it seems to have codes in a different order than others that I find on the internet (for example the upholstery code on the 4th line or exterior color on the 5th). Or am I just blind?
