When I press the reset button in, the handbrake warning light comes on whilst it's depressed?! Anyone else had this? (940s 1992 estate)

 

Oddity indeed! This is pretty strange since the odometer reset is purely mechanical. How pushing it can trigger the Hand Brake is beyond me barring the standard "electrical gremlin" explanation... I'd pull the instrument pod out, and while still connected with all its wires, reproduce the action to see what is going on...
