Oil leaking from the water pump?
1988 volvo 240
I had the water pump replace by a volvo indie shop about a year and a half ago and recently it started leaking water. It wasnt bad and I barely lost any coolant but now Ive noticed that it is starting to leak oily water as well?

that looks like its leaking from ABOVE the water pump, possibly the camshaft seal, or the valve cover gasket.
I'd clean it all off with foaming engine cleaner (Gunk or similar), hose it off, let it dry, take a short drive, and see the oil is coming from. maybe remove the upper half of the timing belt cover to see if its coming from the cam seal or what.
for even better results, after cleaning, add a little vial of fluorescent oil dye (can buy this at a decent auto parts store), short test drive, then use a UV flashlight (in the dark, of course), to see where the seapage is...

Probably the oil leak is from the front camshaft seal... it'd look like the water pump but it's the oil mixing with the coolant. The coolant leak is probably from the upper seal ring of the pump to the head.
yeah, that top coolant seal ring above the water pump lev talks about, the aftermarket ones are awful and frequently fail after a year or two, thats one seal where you want genuine volvo or nothing.
