When blowing outside air through the vents my 240 only blows hot air, even with the temp set all the way down to cool. Any Ideas?

 

Hi,
Seems like the heating valve is damaged (sits in the bottom of the center console).
I didn't find an original one , so I just used an external faucet , I have connect on one of the tubes , from the engine to the heating radiator.
AC islike a refrigerator , even when it is 40 deg. c.
