Default The pain continues.

Boy, it doesn't end with this car. I got the blower in ops check good, and sure enough I have lots of wires with disconnected ends. hmm......they weren't disconnected before...So long story short the central locking worked before all this mess, now no worky. There is a wiring harness that runs along the left side of the transmission hump. has a white connector with two ends that is not connected. I don't see the other end where it is supposed to go.
Wonder if that is the central locking harness?
Glad I got the job done, but boy, I just don't have that much car experience.

you need to add your car year/model to your profile so we're not guessing what you're talking about. I'm too lazy to go searching around by other posts by you and try and piece the puzzle together.

Default the pain

OK, the one I am working on is a 87 240 with a 5 speed. I also have a '92 with an automatic. I took off the center console cover on the '92 and the wires don't even look similar to the 87. Bummer. So I just may go to a junk yard tomorrow and compare the '87 wagon they have there. I hope that all is complete on it.
