1993 240 wagon: The radio and front speakers were replaced prior to my getting the car. The radio is trash and the speakers are mounted poorly on the doors-no grills or trim rings, just in the old holes, screwed in with screws showing. Anybody have any suggestions as to what to use to rplace this mess?

when I replaced mine I was only able to find Pioneer in this small size. After mounting them like you are describing, Ithen glued the factory grilles back on. Not good for later if something goes wrong but yu know what you are doing right?
