The motors on the electric windows rarely fail, but the switch is prone to failure. You can pick one up online for dirt cheap, about the same price as a junk yard would charge you, and it'll last another 200k miles.

It is very easy to replace. Just take off the door handle by popping out the 2 plugs and unscrewing it from the door panel, then pop the switch will just pop right out and you can plug the new one in. 15 minute job top.
As for the stereo, if it is aftermarket it could have been installed improperly, or just bad in general. Just pop the stereo out and check all the connections. Make sure the stereo isn't bad by testing it another car or however you choose, and then possibly install a new stereo.

thanks for the advise everyone. I tried plugging the drivers side switch to the passenger window wires, and when i tried it, it rolled down just fine. Then i plugged the passenger side switch into the driver side wires and nothing. This leads me to believe its not the switch right? Where should I go from here? How do I check the fuse?

I doubt if it is the motor is bad. Like eskimo said, the motors that drive the windows rarely fail (I've never had a failure on any of my 240s). More than likely it is a broken wire. Unfortunately they tend to break where the wire runs from the door pillar into the door.
If you have a multimeter, you can test for voltage within the door to trace down any broken wires. You will need a wiring diagram. If you search around on the internet you should be able to find one. A Haynes or Chiltons manual should have them as well.
Good luck.
