Im replacing my starter as a lot of you know from the 1988 Volvo 240 wagon starting problems thread. Im a mechanical newbie. I've changed all fluids, changed the fuel filter, flame trap, air filter, did transmission flush yesterday but after reading how to remove and install starter I don't know if Im up for that one. Especially when it involves moving the transmission a few inches and using a wood block, etc.... to reach one of the bolts. Does anybody have a pictorial of just how to do this? I don't want to pay anybody to do this "simple" job. thanks
