Default Repetive vibration/rumbling

Have this repetive vibration/shaking/rumbling coming from under the car.

though it was drive shaft/ujoints/differential.

pulled the entire drive shaft out.
While car is up on stands I get in and drive.
I hear the same thing. So its nothing from transmission back, cause drive shaft is out.

Any ideas?

I would check out the exhaust system and make sure that there are no parts rubbing against the underside of the car. Crawl under the car and grab the exhaust (do this when the engine is cold) and give it a shake. It should not clunk or otherwise hit any part of the body.

Also, check your motor mounts. Are they squished? Is your oil filter hitting the motor mount? Failure of the motor mounts can cause the engine to shift and cause it to vibrate against the frame causing rumbling type of sounds.

On my 740, it was a transmission mount, but any of the above are definite possibilities.
