Default Replaced the alt, lights are still glowing..whats next?

Im hoping somebody can give me their two cents here. Yesterday the whole dash lit up, which i found out before means the alternator is bad/needs brushes or wiring is bad. Took it to my local alternator shop and he said the alternator just needed new brushes etc. He checked over the wiring, and said it looked okay.

We replaced the alt today with new brushes and She started up fine, but the dash lit up once again after a mile or two..im just not finding anything else wrong here-i dont know where to go from here.

Check the wiring at the gray plug on the firewall by the back of the motor.
Also make sure the ground wire on the alternator is good.

The battery light can only come on when there is a voltage difference across the light. Normally, when the alternator works, it will feed current to one side of the light while the other side of the light gets current from the battery through the ignition switch. If there is no voltage difference, the light is off. If there is a voltage difference, such as when the alternator fails, the light will come on.
