Default Replacing radio in 1987 240 with amplifer behind glovebox

I am trying to replace the factory radio with an aftermarket one and need the wiring diagram for the amplifier so I can find the speaker wires. The car I am working on has the amplifier behind the glovebox. Any help would be appreciated.

If you are replacing the stock radio with a modern unit, the amp is pretty much superfluous.
Most all modern units out put more than the old stock amps. The last couple times I've done this I made the amp go away...far, far away.

So how do I locate the speaker wires for the front and rear speakers? My stock radio had a red, blue, yellow and green wires coming out of it on one side and a round plug going down to the amplifer on the other.
