Anyone ever had any experience with a rain gutter roof rack for an 86 244? Specifically the proline GMR-165?

I've used Yakima 'gutter rail' racks extensively on 240/740/940/960/etc. They work great.

here's my wagon loaded for a week long astronomy trip, carrying not only the regular camping gear and bikes, but awnings, a generator, and telescopes..

 

do be sure your gutters aren't rusted, or unhappy things will happen.

i haven't heard of proline, but if they are gutter clamped, they should work fine.
