scanner/ultragauge compatibility

I would like to know if a 1994 Volvo 940 is compatible with an OBDII scanner. The reason that I ask is because I want to use an ultragauge. UltraGauge Automotive Information Center and OBDII Scan Tool.

If you still have the "mumbley-peg" diagnostic connector attached to the left strut tower brace, then no, you don't have OBDII.

No 940 has OBD2. As the car's run ended in 1995 in the US market, that system was never implemented; it was mandated with 1996 models...

No, I don't have OBDII. I guess I'm out of luck with the Ultragauge.
