Spring seats or spring caps.
You will need all the peices.
There should be like 3 peices.

You should need
1. 1273745 Washer
2. 1387188 Support plate
3. 1273746 washer
4. 3530341 Bearing

Not sure of the price but that should be the Part #'s
Do a search for Volvo Part#_________ and see if you can find a site that sells them.

Year: 1995
Model: 940 8-Valve
Quantity:
Price: $77.57
Core: $0.00

And thats it?

If you read the discription you just wrote. It says Strut mount kit w/Brg (that will be the bearing)
So each one comes with it.

If you want to be 100% sure call them and make sure.

But that is what it looks like to me.

Tech, the mechanic said that i needed to replace that, he said replace the base of the shocks, so what you showed me should be it? let me explain again what it is, when i turn the steering wheel i hear a sound like if you were pulling a spring, and sometimes i even hear a sound like the wheel hit something very heavy but is because of that part, thats beacuse of the strut base right?

Also one question, should i change the coil springs? i mean they are 11 years old

That should be what you need.
If you feel you need to replace the springs go ahead and do it.
Yes they are 11 years old but as long as the car wasn't driven for years with a blown strut the springs will be fine.

That is the pivot point for the strut. When it is bad it has play in it and that is what makes the noise. It is slopping up and down.
