Unhappy rear shock absorber 96 850 turbo sedan

I was driving today and I heard a rattling in the truck. I had someone else drive and I put down the back seat. What I found was a noise coming from under the carpet. So, I pealed it back and what I found was that the shock absorber upper mounting had failed.

In other words, there are two bolts on the out side of the shock absorber upper mounting and one in the middle that I think connects directly to the shock. The problem is that middle bolt has nothing to support it now because the mounting has worn out so the entire shock has no support on the top.

My question is this, am I able to replace that shock absorber upper mounting and tighten down the middle bolt or am I going to completely replace the shock?

Any advice on this? I can try and figure out how to attach a picture if that would help.

Thanks...

You can replace the mount only.
This is what you need.
