Default Spark Plugs for my '89 240

I pulled the old plugs out of my '89 240 DL Wagon.

3 of them are Bosch Super RO 565. The back plug is a Super RO 562.

Their condition isn't horrible, but not great. Gapped a little too wide (about .35).

I can't seem to find any information regarding that particular plug, and what its proper application is. Can anybody give me some insight here?

Also, from everything I've researched, the proper plugs seem to be:
NGK - BPR6ES
Bosch - W7DC
Champion - N9YC or RN11YC4

Do any of you have strongly held opinions about any of these plugs? Thanks!

NGK and Bosch yes...although it will be easier to locate the WR7DC(resistor plug).
Champion? No....Hell no. Champion makes a fine plug but something about them disagrees w/ rwd Volvos. The RO on your plug is something on all Bosch plugs...doesn't really enter into it. What the existing ones fit I don't know but you could search here SPARK PLUG CROSS REFERENCE
Bottom line is, you need new plugs.
