greeting Volvo friends, here's a brain teaser for us; My '90 240DL has the unique problem of the speedometer only working on humid or rainy days. This leads me to believe it's a conductivity type issue and possibly the moisture is bridging some gap that usually there. Could be completely off. any ideas? Already on my 3rd console so I'd rather not replace the whole dash insert if i don't need to. Thanks

 

I totally have no clue if that is a 1030 or 1031 rear end on that car, but I don't think it matters. It might be your pick up sensor in the rear end pumpkin.
